The Apartment

Relax at Canyon Lake, TX in our upstairs garage apartment. This is a 1 room apartment with a queen bed and a full air mattress (kept in the closet in the apt). It has a couch, recliner, full bath & a kitchenette. Outside sitting area with a gas grill - perfect for sunsets. The apartment is located on the southwest section of Canyon Lake, only 18 minutes from New Braunfels, the Schlitterbahn waterpark, historic Gruene, TX as well as the Whitewater Amphitheater and tubing on the Guadalupe river.

We designed this apartment with the traveling contract worker in mind. The apartment has black out curtains, a workstation with two monitors, washer/dryer in unit, kitchen/bathroom amenities (cleaners, spices, blender, coffee maker, mixer, vacuum, hair dryer, linens, paper products..) for move in ready use, furnished with fine furniture, comfortable lounge chair to watch TV in each room, parking outdoors for two, peaceful country living to get away from traffic/noise, shade tree picnic area.

Downtown New Braunfels-HistoricTelegraph Station#1

Walking distance to everything in downtown New Braunfels. Constructed in mid 19th century, this historic structure is the site of the first telegraph office in New Braunfels. The Telegraph Station sleeps up to 4. These units are Texas Registered Historic Landmarks. Built in 1846, they are positioned in an ideal location to take advantage of tubing, shopping, downtown restaurants, and local bars. Newly remodeled in 2018, the original fachwerk walls have been exposed to show off its charm.

T Bar M Condo #222

This 2nd floor renovated 1,307 sq ft T-Bar-M condo is perfect for smaller groups who love family friendly activities. The complex has private tennis courts for guest use, beautiful pools, and a private entrance. Guests will get a wonderful night's rest on our comfortable mattresses and luxurious linens after tubing the Comal or Guadalupe Rivers or splashing around at the Schlitterbahn Water Park. The large, completely renovated open concept kitchen/living area are perfect for relaxing.

Second Floor of River Haven Guest House w/Hot Tub

Gruene Reservations Condo 205

Condo 205 offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms with a full kitchen, living room and second outdoor living space. Each guest room has one queen bed with a bathroom across the hall. The master bedroom has two queen beds with a bathroom adjacent to that bedroom. All rooms have a TV with a Roku streaming device and access to a Hulu account with the ability to view local channels, Disney and ESPN+. We do not have traditional cable viewing options.

Located in downtown New Braunfels on the Guadalupe River, experience The Orchard; a stylish 1-bedroom, 1-bath located at Cation on the Guadalupe. With immersive orchard wallpaper, modern furnishings, and an earthy color palette, you won’t want to leave this cozy suite that brings the vibes. Located on the second floor, with a balcony with seating for coffee or cocktails. Note: This unit is in Building One, facing the parking lot.
