Welcome to our top-notch 2-bedroom serviced apartment in Hamburg-Ottensen, hosted by the legendary Boogie Park Studio - Udo Lindenberg's second home! Accommodating 4 guests, it's just a 10-minute walk to the harbor, train station, Elbe beach, and even the Reeperbahn. Ottensen is one of Hamburg's most beautiful neighborhoods, brimming with lively bars, shops, and a twice-weekly market. Renovated in 2024 we usually use it as artist residence for the studio. From time to time some slots are free.

Die helle Souterrain Komfortwohnung in einem gepflegten Mehrfamilienhaus in Meckelfeld, im Süden von Hamburg, wurde 2022 zuletzt renoviert und ist für Singles, Paare oder Familien mit einem Kind geeignet. Die Lage des Hauses ist in einer ruhigen 30er Zone, verkehrsgünstig zur Autobahn in Maschen. Der HVV Bus hält direkt vor der Tür. Ein Parkplatz gehört zur Wohnung. Die Wohnung wird nur im Fullservice vermietet.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einem hanseatischen Rotklinkergebäude Mitten in der Hamburger-Altstadt. Trotz der zentralen Lage sind alle Suiten im Haus frei vom Straßenlärm. Der Haupteingang ist lediglich über drei Stufen erreichbar, ansonsten können die Suiten im 1. OG schwellenfrei mittels eines Fahrstuhls erreicht werden. WLAN steht kostenfrei zur Verfügung.
