Suite View at The Sound House

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish, private guest suite on the intracoastal waterway. The guest suite is connected to the main house, but has its own private stairs and entrance, as well as a dedicated parking space. Gorgeous views day and night are enjoyed from the guest suite and the covered patio underneath. It is a wildlife lover's paradise! We are about 20 minutes from Wilmington and 20 minutes from the beaches of Topsail Island. Please note-we do not have a boat dock available.

The container home at Buckhorn Farm

Get away from it all with this, rustic tiny home situated on a small farm. Sit out front and enjoy the sunset while you watch the horses, donkeys, goats and cows. We do ask you only feed the animals the provided treats. There is no wifi available, you can use your hotspot on your cell for the tv. Microwave and grill with a side burner for cooking. No indoor stove or oven. Toilet and sink inside, shower is outside. Close to downtown Wilmington and the beaches! Lots of local history as well!

The Surf Lodge

3 blocks from the ocean and 1/2 block from the Carolina Beach Lake trail. Ample parking and private sun deck/shaded patio to wind down after the beach. Freshly renovated and decorated in March 22'. Perfect for families/couples looking to be close to the downtown action, yet away from any noise/traffic. A peaceful beach escape w/ every modern amenity. BBQ essentials on site. Pet friendly. Near the Independence Mall Shopping Area and two miles from the vibrant Historical Downtown with music and dining choices. A scenic 4.5 mile paved walking or jogging trail runs by the Lake House and circles the lake. You are 30 minutes away from our two beautiful beaches. There are lots of sights and attractions nearby, but you are located in a place of peace and quiet.
