Welcome to our Catskills Cabin Nature Oasis, where you'll enjoy an old-fashioned Catskills stay in comfort and privacy in the heart of Balsam Lake Mountain, surrounded by an abundance of natural beauty, right near the quaint village of Margaretville. SECONDS from hiking trails, and MINUTES from skiing, canoeing, kayaking, and Village shops and eateries, our cozy cabin is equipped with a dynamic kitchen, wood stove, wrap around deck, screened-in porch, grill, fire pit, heat/AC, Smart TV, & more!

The Waterfall Casita: A-frame with 30ft Waterfall

Nestled among Hemlock trees & steps from a 30 ft waterfall is our cozy A-frame cabin. Sitting on 33 private acres connected to state land, enjoy waterfall views while sipping coffee in front of the fireplace. The casita was intentionally designed to feel like a home away from home. In summer, cool off in the waterfalls & private streams, in autumn take in the stunning foliage & in winter ski/snowboard at Belleayre (25 mins away). Alder Lake & the Pepacton Reservoir fishing are a 10 min drive.

Element House - Off Grid Hideout

Unwind and reconnect with nature in this rustic and comfortable retreat nestled at the edge of a blueberry field. Surrounded by serene Catskills countryside, you’ll feel a world away, yet still be just minutes from outdoor activities, a thriving food scene, and Bethel Woods just 35 min away. Inside, you’ll stay cool with AC, a cozy queen bed, kitchenette, dining table, reliable wifi, and full bath. Outside, relax by the fire pit or cook on the charcoal grill. Remote yet close to the amazing towns of Roxbury, Andes and Delhi, and 20 mins to two ski mountains. This 1970's fully remodeled cabin has all the rustic charm and sacred nature you are looking for. Stargaze by the fire pit, relax in the wood fired Sauna, cozy up by the wood burning stove, and take a stroll on our private fire road. 4WD required in snow.

Half Moon: Fairytale Catskills Retreat

Enjoy nature in style at this fairytale in the forest. This idyllic escape combines whimsical structures, curated gathering spaces and a private wooded hillside surrounded by hiking trails and quaint towns. Disclaimer: This is a rustic cabin. Heating is from a wood-burning stove, there is no AC. The bath house is a separate structure from the cabin, up a hillside with stone steps. Cooking is via charcoal grills, small outdoor kitchenette or fire.

Less than 15 min from Bellayre Mountain and Pakatakan Reservoir. 4-wheel drive is necessary in winter months. The Catskill Forest Preserve is our backyard-literally (we have 5.9 acres that lead directly into the preserve). Only 5 min to Margaretville town center, grocery store, scenic train rides, restaurants. You'll love Solace for the secluded feel, views, cozy living space, and proximity to activities and necessities. Pets case by case.

Welcome to Fox Ridge Chalet! Minimum age to book 21. A newly renovated, stylish log cabin nestled on 7 private acres above the village of Margaretville, in the heart of Catskills Park. Though the home is secluded, offering spectacular mountain views and total privacy, it’s just a three-minute drive to Margaretville’s restaurants, shops and galleries and under ten minutes to Belleayre Ski Resort as well many other local attractions.
