Situated on 5 acres high in the Ozarks, the house is much larger than it looks from the picture, with a large front porch and west-facing rear deck overlooking a pond and splendid sunsets. Only a few miles from the Buffalo River and hiking trails, half a mile from Cliff House Restaurant and five miles south of the quaint town of Jasper. Conveniently located on Hwy 7, Big Oak is a place of quiet Ozark peace.

Charming country home, filled with light and comfort, located on the banks of the Little Buffalo River (near Jasper ARK). Mountains, forest, and two waterways combine with natural landscaping to create a peaceful, natural setting! Located near the Ozark National Forest and the Buffalo National River. Please note that there IS a low- water concrete slab crossing to get to Creek's End! Occasionally impassable when we get heavy rain. We cannot guarantee flowing river during very dry summers.

Lake access at Cricket Creek Marina only 10 mi away, where you can rent a boat for the day.

If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, our cabin is for you. Located on 4 private acres on Tablerock lake. Seasonal lake view. Close to Branson, next to Cricket creek marina. Our two person cabin features primary bedroom with a king size bed. Hot tub steps from bedroom off deck. Decorative only fireplace. High speed internet. Cabin has a full size kitchen equipped with basics. Enjoy nature from the large deck.

Activities on the ranch include hiking, fishing, or heading down to the barn for a trail ride (please inquire about rates and availability), and we are conveniently located about 30 - 45 minutes away from historic downtown Eureka Springs, the Buffalo National River, Table Rock Lake, or shopping, shows, amusement parks and dining in Branson, Missouri. In the fall, hay rides are available, and bonfires. It is a lovely get away on a working ranch.
