There is a general business license required if services are provided by individuals within the City of Buenos Aires (Matricula para Comerciantes). Such license is obtained in the Public Registry of Commerce of the City of Buenos Aires. You will also need to be registered before the Tax Authority.
Additionally, if you will have a physical venue within the City of Buenos Aires where Experiences will be hosted, you will need to obtain a commercial permit (Habilitación Comercial) issued by the Government Control Agency of the City of Buenos Aires (Agencia Gubernamental de Control) for such venue.
The foregoing is additional to any specific license that the Experience may require.
