Our house is located within walking distance to the U of O, Hayward Field and Matthew Knight Arena and minutes from either downtown Eugene or Springfield. We are also located close to Hendricks Park, a beautiful rhododendron and native plant garden. There´s a supermarket close by, restaurants, and easy access to I-5. Spanish, French and English are spoken. All are welcome here!

Garden Apartment

The apartment, the house and their gardens are charming. The neighborhood is inviting, it is a park in and of itself with formal parks, running trails, a riverwalk, bike trails and the expansive offerings of the University and a vibrant community beyond. The Garden Apartment place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and some families (two large rooms, one with a double bed and one with a twin bed). The Emerald City Bungalow is only 2 blocks from campus, but you'll find plenty of relaxation in the light filled studio & on the peaceful garden patio in the fully fenced backyard.
