It is a guest house on a larger property that includes a main house that is the owners residence. It is 40 Minutes from Nashville, TN. Quiet and Peaceful, the property is just off Historic Hwy 100, minutes from local fare and conveniences. A few miles from Nashville's most well known sites like, Natchez Trace Parkway, Loveless Cafe and DT Nashville and the Broadway Honky Tonks.

Outdoor hot tub spa (no wall, so clothes required). Bedroom with inclining queen bed, tv and Roku. Living room with tv and blu-ray/streaming, coffee maker, microwave, and mini-fridge. Everything washed, cleaned, and sanitized after every stay. The road is a little rough for about 1/4 mile, so no low-riding sports cars.

The outdoor areas are as snuggly as the indoor! Enjoy relaxing in the egg swing or rocking chairs on the front porch, the loungers on back deck or in the adirondack’s at the firepit. You might even see deer wandering on the back of the property. Our goal is to always provide an exceptional stay!

Waterfall Campsite is a perfect place to relax in nature with electricity! Peaceful sounds from the continuous waterfall, this site has perfectly soft ground for tent sleeping and plenty of parking on the driveway for vehicles. Vans and small RVs fit in space, back in for easy exit. No water hookup. Hike into woods for a cold outdoor shower of spring water flowing from pipe. Dry, chopped firewood is available for $10 a bundle. 32' x 35' tent site, plus plenty of parking.

Remodeled 2 bedroom 1 bath cottage close to town

Relax with your family in this historic, quiet, remodeled early 1900's Victorian home. Full kitchen, 1 bath, 5 beds (kid friendly bunk beds). A shaded private outdoor side porch and gas grill. The home is located three blocks from historic Centerville Town Center where coffee, retail shops and several restaurants are located. Centerville is close to several wineries (grinders switch}, camp sites, walking paths, and water sports. Grocery stores are close by if needed.

It even has a TV, and is fully Air conditioned and heated! Outdoor deck overlooking ponds, outdoor dining table, private gas grill, and a shared Solo Stove fire pit with Adirondack chairs!

Picturesque setting in Bon Aqua, TN. Watch the cattle, horses, chickens and Randy the pig peacefully roam as you drink your coffee. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway, enjoy the farm life as well as a quiet setting while being a short drive to Nashville, Franklin, Dickson and more. There is room for your horses as well if that is a need. Less than 15 mins from 1-40 and an easy drive and plenty of parking for a larger rig.
