The kitchen and living room have breathtaking views of the ocean and the large front deck is a great place to watch the pelicans fly in and play in the surf. Bedroom 1 and 2 have comfy king size beds and the 3rd bed room has two queen over queen bunks. Underneath the home, guests will find a large entertaining area complete with grill.

You’ll treasure your time at this memorable place . You are walking distance from the beach. This camper is a brand new 2022!!You have a very large yard on the canal where you can fish and crab. The beach is a mile down the road and there is access to a private boat ramp. The camper has 2 air conditioners. The RV site is covered and on a large concrete area. The cover will provide shade during the Texas heat and also from any rain!
