This is a 400 sq ft private studio that is attached to the main property and sits on a 0.51 acre lot. The inside is completely enclosed with its own private entrance located behind the main house. It has its own unpaved driveway located next to the studio and the backyard has a chain link fence. This cozy private studio is located in Lutz and is a little taste of the country.
