Safe and eclectic walkable neighbourhood adjacent to park and playground, family, queer and 420 friendly. Free street parking. Very close to public transit. Double bed sleeps two. We can also set up a third person in the pull out ottoman bed. Get extra squishy with a fourth person in the fold down chair that converts to a third bed.

This unique property offers separate access to three bedrooms and a living room, eating area, kitchenette, and sundeck. Note: Kitchenette only - no full-size oven, just a countertop 10-in-1 convection oven. Owners live in the other half of the home.
