Two separate bungalows with two bathrooms! Full Kitchen in Main Bungalow and kitchenette in 2nd Bungalow. 1/2 mile to the sand, Pacific City, Main Street, & The HB Pier. The Main Bungalow has a table with w/built-in seating, a comfy pull-up queen sofabed, and a twin sleeper chair. The 2nd Bungalow has a queen bed, a table for two, a sofa, & TV. A large private patio connects the bungalows & has a dining table, BBQ, sail shades, and a fire pit with seating. There is one off-street parking space.

Enjoy quality time with family or friends at our newly remodeled 1930's ocean front family beach home. Sun bathe on the deck in the Summer, catch some waves, rinse off in our outdoor shower, stroll along the shore at sunset, and enjoy barbecuing on the patio. We have Spectrum Cable, WiFi, Bluetooth Soundbar, heat and AC in each room, 1 parking spot and free street parking. *Note: during Winter months, the city builds a sand berm front of homes. Walk down Main Street a few short blocks with dozens of restaurants, bars, shopping and other great attractions & you will be at PCH. You head down the stairs, across the sand & you are in the Pacific Ocean. So close to everything, but once at the cottage it's like your own private, peaceful oasis. Cool Ocean Breezes Daily!

Super clean, nicely decorated, 240 square feet, 3 rooms. Cottage has kitchen, bedroom & bathroom. Cable TV & WIFI. Bedroom can be separated by pocket door to give privacy from bathroom & kitchen. Age limit 26 & up. NO PARTYING/NO DRUGS NO SMOKING ANYTHING ANYWHERE ON MY PROPERTY/SMOKERS DON'T BOOK. No Pets, I have Asthma & severe allergies.

Welcome to the Huntington Beach Nest. The ATTACHED studio is in a mid century beach bungalow and is beautifully furnished and updated. It is close to world famous Huntington Beach and in close proximity to several other beautiful California beaches. The studio includes a king size bed, kitchenette, private bathroom and private entrance. *Please note. Dogs are welcome but there is a $50 cleaning fee for their stay.*Max of 1 dog is allowed. If more are brought, you will be asked to leave.

Fully remodeled in March '25! Classic 60's beach house, 1 short block from the sand. Downstairs "lower" front house with a patio, fully stocked kitchen, brand new appliances, new floors, AC, open living space and mid-century style furnishings. Styled/furnished as a home with Sonos everywhere, Vitamix, Moccamaster, plus everything you need for the beach. We live separately on property part of the year. Garage parking only available for small car 175in or less.
