Marrickville was recently voted in the top 10 coolest neighbourhood in the world by Time Out. And this would be the coolest pad in that neighbourhood. There is a small internal shower-room en suite . There is a well lit Hollywood vanity, which doubles as a kitchenette containing bar fridge, basic food prep, reheat cooking and dining equipment.
