This amazing home away from home has it all with views of a beautiful pool. Just 3 blocks from main street & Davidson College. If your in Davidson, then take advantage of walking to town for an amazing meal, or take in a Davidson Basketball game or shop in the unique and local shopping. Davidson has consistently been rated one of the top cities in NC.

Cozy Guesthouse on the Lake

A peaceful, quiet cover on the lake with lots of lake toys! Relax by the firepit or on the swing under the deck, or take a dip in the lake. You can also enjoy our kayaks, our paddleboard, or one of our several floats to lounge the day away! We have several life jackets available for various sizes but best to bring your own if you need one for a little one. You have your own space on a shared property. The owners live in the main house and happy to help as little or as much as needed!

This makes for a very secluded & peaceful stay. Great for business people wanting to work from the place they stay. Also, excellent for those who like to sleep in late, & it includes black out shades. The bed is medium firmness with a topper included. The property is located just minutes away from both I-40 & I-77.
