The cabin is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the local amenities- forest walks, fishing, swimming, kayaking and cycling. Ideal base to tour the West of Ireland.

It is a 5 min walk from local bars and restaurants. 1 Bedroom with a double bed along with a pull out sofa bed in the living area. Bed linen and towels supplied. No pets.

Carraige No 223. A recycled green energy carraige.

This is old Irish goods carraige which ran on Irish railways from 1930 to 1970 was rescued from a neighbors back garden which i was helping to clean. It was covered in ivy, and weeds (see pics)In its reconstruction i have used about 90% recycled materials apart from the new electrical and plumbing fittings.Its hot water and heat is generated from solar panels,is a small with 2 single beds suitable for 2 people traveling the Alantic way, or visiting Galway and Cliffs of moher/Aran Islands.

Off-grid Meadow Container

Enjoy the sounds of nature while you sit by the pond or walk through the meadow. The container is run from off-grid power (solar and wind). The exception being the hot water, hob and oven, which run from gas. views from the living space look out at a beautiful wild meadow, vegetable beds, hundreds of young native trees, a diverse amount of fruit trees and a pond. There is a diverse amount of bird species coming to visit the pond. Location is between Lahinch and Spanish point, a mile inland.

Stay at this unique architect designed cottage with container home extension beside a child friendly river walk. Rest in the mature south facing garden. Play in our enormous sand pit with crane and digger, eat on our outdoor dining area or relax at the fire pit. The kitchen living dining area is linked by a 16 meter garden glazed wall. We also provide a ladies and a gents bike as part of your package.

There is a lot of historic attractions around the area. Carton house, The Wonderul Barn, Castletown House, St Catherine’s Park and Guinness Castle. The container is small and cosy. The bed lockers are steel same with the wardrobe. We also have a gas cooker, washing machine, gas shower, fridge freezer and also radiators. There is a beautiful view of the field with animals. We are close to Dublin City and a few shopping centers.
