A fully equipped 3 bedroom home, with an open plan living area, and a large veranda with a splash pool to relax by. Only a short walk to Kioni village or to several private beaches in the Ionian Sea.

Villa Kipseli is a brand new construction of 50sqm and it is comprised of 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and an open plan kitchen/dining/living area, leading directly to the outdoor area where our guests will find a swimming pool, an outdoor shower, a barbeque area, an outdoor dining table, and sunbeds for lounging. This villa accommodates 2 adults and also 2 children as there is a sofa which can convert into a bed which sleeps 2. In the living room there is a 43' smart TV.
