The villa is situated right by the lake Ungurys in the compount Vila Om. Villa features 6 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 19 guests. In the first floor of the Villa you will find mini kitchen in the main room and sauna room. On the second floor you will find the bedrooms. Guests can book hot tub for an extra free which is situated right by the villa. All of the guests can use all of the entertainment available at the villa, including Volleyball, table tennis, boats, water bike and much more.

The house is surrounded by nature and calmness, as it is near Kauno marios. The Kaunas city center is about 20 minutes away by car. The house is cozy, family and animal friendly, with modern details. A spacious kitchen will be a great place for those who loves to cook. On the first floor you can find living room, one bedroom and a workspace intended for calm and focused environment for work. Upstairs you can find two bedrooms: one can be for kids and a master bedroom.

The property has a nice view of the Šešupė river, spacious outdoors. We also let our clients who rent rooms come to our campsite "Mariu ilanka" for free which is nearby. Each window has its own electrical blind which is controlled by a seperate remote, the blind offers full privacy.
