Our house located at Fotimari, 15 minutes from the port (5.5km –last 1.5 km smooth dirt road), within our 13000 m2 plot, overlooking green hills full of oak and olive trees, beautiful marked walking ancient trails and the fantastic view of Chora village (Ioulis). This characteristic Cycladic newly build stone house, tastefully decorated provides you with an authentic quiet atmosphere of days long forgotten. This unique stone cottage is the perfect place as a base to explore plenty sandy beaches and the mainland of Kea Island enjoying traditional way of living. Includes a bedroom with double bed, living room with sofa bed for two and fireplace, bathroom, small fully equipped kitchen and private veranda. Sandy beach and hot springs where you can enjoy thermal baths are also within 200 metres.Loutra (the Baths) are among the most famous places of spa tourism in the Cyclades. It's fully equipped kitchenette is provided while a patio with amazing panoramic sea view is waiting for you to enjoy from it's big balcony. Suitable for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). You definitely enjoy this lovely place!

KiVA-Villa offers a spacious apartment (130 sq.m.) on the ground floor of KiVA windmill house that can accommodate up to 4 guests over 14yo (with the option of a 5th one) with magnificent sea-views.The house is situated atop a hill right above KAMPI beach. Its western orientation and panoramic sea views provide guests with unique and spectacular views of sunsets into the sea. The entilre construction (using stone, wood, glass) completely respects the local architecture and the natural landscape.

Cosy Studio 25 m2 with fully equipped kitchen in Vourkari. The studio is available only for non smokers(cigarettes,vaping,iqos etc). If you smoke in the property unfortunately we will have to end your stay. The studio has a king size bed.Aiconditioning,TV,WIFI and a very small balcony. The house is located at the centre of Vourkari, 2 km from Korisia port and close to all restaurants and bars. There is also a mini-market in the village. The beach of Gialiskari is only a 5 minute walk away.

Ioulida ou Chora est située à 5 km du port de l'île, Korissia. Elle est construite en amphithéâtre sur les flancs de deux collines surplombant la mer Égée. C'est une localité protégée, car elle est construite sur les ruines de la ville antique homonyme. Veuillez noter que la propriété se trouve à une petite rue traditionnelle de Chora et qu'elle n'est pas accessible en voiture, mais seulement à pied. Il faut également monter 25 à 30 marches pour atteindre l'entrée.
