A kitchenette with the essentials and sitting for three. A dining area with sitting for four. The room has a Cal King size bed, a queen size pull out, both rooms haveTV and AC. One bath. 4 guests maximum regardless the age. This unit is potential for some noise. One pet 30 lbs max upon request - cleaning fee applies

Relaxing Tropical Retreat close to Kailua Kona

The Kona Palm Retreat is a private villa that’s a 5-minute drive from Kailua Kona town. The accommodation is private and well appointed. You have your own completely furnished apartment with its own tropical gardens and outdoor seating. There are no shared spaces. Monica and I live upstairs, we rarely see our guests and we respect our guests privacy. Our accommodations are very clean and well furnished, the Hot tub and BBQ area are only for you and your guests and are not shared.

KMH is close to several of Kona's beautiful beaches, the Big Island's most challenging golf, and has great views of the Kona coast. It is also adjacent to a Nature Preserve where you can hike for miles through the Forest. My home will make you feel like you live in Hawaii!
