This is a newer cottage on the Delaware Bay near Milford, DE, only 25 minutes to Rehoboth Beach and the Atlantic Ocean. Sleeps 4, 2 bdr, 1 bath, a double and a queen bed. Large sunny great room with tv and DISH satellite. There is over 500 sq feet of deck space overlooking the bay and the freshwater marsh managed by the Nature Conservancy. Watch sunrise over the bay and sunset over the beautiful marsh filled with many species of birds. Dogs must be walked on a leash and do-do picked up!

Looking for a relaxing getaway? Gandy's beach is the perfect place for you. This secluded beach is a perfect place to escape your everyday hustle and bustle. This 4 bedroom, 2 full bathroom house sits right on the water and sleeps up to 12. Feel free to bring your own fishing gear to fish right from the deck. We have 1 canoe and a few generic "orange" Life jackets to be used. If you have a jet ski or a boat you can drop it in at Sundog Marina.

Private & Peaceful Bayside Bungalow

We feel grateful for our private get-away that makes it easy to enjoy new scenery, while still easily social distancing. Our home lends itself to enjoy the beach just out the backdoor and mellow out to the sounds of the bay waves, birds and simple pleasures of life. The uncombed beach is best experienced with nature walks or evening/morning fishing. We offer Wifi and a bookcase of books to borrow and board games, as opposed to a TV.

Prime Hook Oasis *Private Beach* Milford, DE

“Prime Hook Oasis” provides guests with their very own backyard beach. Take a walk along the beach, read a book on the deck, or take a bike ride through the wetlands. Beautiful sunrises on the bay to start your day and tranquil sunsets on the wetland finish your day. All four rooms have an amazing view of the waves or the wetlands. 10 min to Lewes, 10 feet to Broadkill beach, 30 mins to Rehoboth & 45 mins to Bethany.

Oceanfront Gem (Hot Tub and Sauna - extra fee)

No property is closer to the beach! Huge decks with amazing ocean views. Quiet and peaceful getaway. The use of the third floor (sauna + jacuzzi + additional sitting room + full bath) is $500 for stays 5 days and less, $100/night for stays over 5 days. Hot tub use can be limited depending on weather conditions. Kayaks and paddle boards are available free of charge with advance notice.
