Entièrement rénovée de haut en bas avec tous les équipements modernes d'une nouvelle maison. Beaucoup de caractéristiques personnalisées, tout nouveau plancher de bois franc partout, audio intégré, plan d'étage ouvert et mécanique et appareils électroménagers haut de gamme. Trompeusement spacieuse. Proche des restaurants et brasseries locaux, de Hyde Park, de Mount Lookout, d'Ault Park et de l'aéroport de Lunken. Elle se trouve également sur la route du marathon Flying Pig !

(Voir la liste ci-dessous) Quartier calme, parking facile, WiFi haut débit, cuisine bien équipée et porche couvert. Pratique pour les autoroutes 75/71. La brasserie artisanale Wiedemann est à un pâté de maisons. Dîner et boissons à distance de marche, pas besoin d'Uber. Cet appartement de 1er étage, 1 chambre dispose de sa propre entrée. Il y a un appartement identique au 2ème étage avec entrée séparée. L'accès à la buanderie peut être organisé UNIQUEMENT pour les séjours de plus de 2 semaines.

Entièrement privé Studio appartement au sous-sol. Entrée privée. Belle cour de 1 acre avec beaucoup d'arbres et un petit ruisseau. Merveilleux endroit pour observer les oiseaux ! L'appartement est entièrement privé, avec une entrée séparée mais est attaché à ma résidence personnelle. *Le matelas de sol ne convient que pour les personnes de 5'2" et moins. * Les escaliers pour accéder à l'appartement sont raides et peuvent présenter des problèmes pour les personnes à mobilité réduite. Séjours longue durée au cas par cas.
