Hill Country Cabin

Hill Country Cabin 5 fenced acres pets welcome. When bringing a pet not well behaved please let me know in advance all good. Relax in the Hot Tub or cool off in the 8 foot filtered galvanized pool. Enjoy the fire pit sun sets and star gazing. There's a deck or screened porch where you can enjoy your morning and watch nature waking. There is a fridge, gas griddle, charcoal grill, electric griddle, microwave, portable oven and 2 burner hot plate. Along with everything you'll need to cook with.

The Avery House - A quiet hill country retreat

Welcome to the modern cabin in the woods. #TheAveryHouse is right outside of Kerrville & only about 20 minutes from Fredericksburg wineries. Get to the Guadalupe river in 10 minutes. Camping, water sports, hiking, fishing, food and wine are all within a short drive from this 600 sq ft modern tiny home. Come unplug with the sounds of nature and room to stretch out on an oversized deck. Enjoy some quality time around the camp fire, & really connect with those you love in this unique retreat.

Enjoy this bright Guadalupe river cabin - spacious a 2-bedroom (sleeps 8 - 2 queen beds per room) home with a huge lot across from the Guadalupe River and River Inn Resort. Guests will enjoy private neighborhood riverfront access. The property is near Camp La Junta, Vista Camps, Heart of the Hills, Camp Mystic, Crider’s Rodeo, and 6.5 mi from The Hunt Store—perfect for gas, meals, snacks, drinks, and fishing bait. Just 40–50 mi to Leakey, Garner State Park, Fredericksburg, and Bandera.

Minnie's Cabin On The River

A one room cabin on the beautiful Guadalupe River and the Historical Old Ingram Loop. Access to owner's private riverfront for fishing, wading, or enjoying a picnic. Walking distance to antique and artisan shopping. One Queen bed and a pull out futon, sleeps 4. Table that seats 4. Includes a coffee maker, microwave, small refrigerator, and toaster. Bathroom has a shower, no tub. The cabin is not wheelchair accessible. Owners reside on adjoining property and can respond to request easily.

Across the road, our “beach” offers privacy and a natural view of the Sabinal River. --Message us for update on river levels-- Progressive owners, our mantra is "make yourselves at home!"
