Welcome! A sun-bathed apartment with a LARGE BACKYARD is nestled in the heart of Queens, only a 10 min drive from LGA and 20 min from JFK. It's only a 10 min walk from Queens Place Mall and many popular shops and restaurants. The Mets Baseball Stadium and US Open Tennis Center are also a short 10 min drive. Feel a little adventurous? Catch a 30 to 40 min train ride on the E, M, or R to Times Square or Central Park for a taste of the city.

cozy get away

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. There is a family with children living within the house, however everything is separated, self check in so there is no contact. No parties, no smoking, no more than 2 persons There are some parts of the apartment with low ceiling that may be uncomfortable for tall people. The stairs leading to the second floor are a bit narrow and a bit steep; can be a challenge for some.

Cozy Studio with a Modern/Luxe Feel

This is a very cozy studio in the heart of Astoria. If you haven't visited Astoria before, the local avenues are just around the corner! Subway (M or R) just 2 blocks away. The unit shared with me offers a cozy stay, the bed pulls out of the wall, so you can have the open space if you need. Heated floor for even a cozier stay. I will also be present in the unit during the guests’ stay!
