We welcome well behaved pets and many of our visitors are dog owners who appreciate our enclosed back garden and the local walks. We are in a quiet country spot with a fantastic view but near a local shop and only 10 minutes away from the coast and the A55, the main route to all the many, many attractions you'll find.

Hafod Y Llan Bach - a real escape to the country

Get away from the everyday with a break in the mountains of Wales. This private, detached barn conversion has it's own terrace, a wonderful open plan kitchen living room and a glamorous and romantic bedroom with an ensuite. Step outside and there are over 25 miles of forestry track starting from the front door and the 4.5 mile long Alwen Reservoir just 5 minutes walk away. Characterful Farm Cottage off the beaten track

Tyddyn Morgan is a historic cottage nestling on the edge of the woods in the quiet of the hills. A cosy lounge has a wood burner in the inglenook fireplace for those chilly nights. A well equipped kitchen with dining table. The two bedrooms with a double in the master and bunks in the second makes this a cosy cottage for two or the family. Explore country lanes from the doorstep or we are only a mile from the sea and a welcoming base to explore North Wales from or just stay in and relax.

Secluded hut surrounded by woodland

The Stone Hut is in a very secluded spot surrounded by woods. It has two rooms, one is the bedroom which has a double bed and the other room has an unusual cast iron wood burner with two cooking rings and a kitchen area. There is an outside shower hut and a compost loo which is all for your own private use. There is no electric so you will need to get the fire going to boil the kettle.We provide a coolbox for keeping food cool, and provide ice packs. Please note, only one well behaved dog.

A perfect base for exploring the North Wales Coast. A cosy and comfortable place to return to at the end of the day. It has wifi, good quality beds and bedding and a full bathroom, with lots of towels! The Point of Ayr Nature reserve is 5 minutes away, Talacre sand dunes and lighthouse, then Prestatyn further along the coast. Ffynnongroew was a mining village, with 2 pubs a few minutes walk away, along with a take away, Post Office and small convenience store. DOGS ALLOWED, NO CATS.

The Studio may seem remote, however, I think it is in the middle of everywhere. We are not far from the coast, close to the Denbigh Moors and the Vale of Clwyd and about 30 mins drive to the Snowdonia National Park.
