Beautiful Apartment Connected to an Art Gallery

This stunning minimalist-inspired home adds its own artistic flair to the decor by placing bold and exciting art pieces throughout every room. With hardwood floors and black and white fixtures, each space has an elegant charm and character. The gallery and apartment is owned by an artist, who designed the space to show his work. Guests will have access to the whole gallery, but for rent is only the private apartment adherent to the gallery, including a small kitchen, a combined living sleeping area with a loft style bathtub and attached separate bathroom with shower. The other sleeping area can be separated by movable walls and has an extra bathroom with shower and toilet as well. Guests also have access to the back yard until 10 pm. Our aim is, to welcome all our guests personally and show them around and help them getting started in Berlin. Since we are also living in Berlin we are happy to help if any difficulties occur during the stay. It's Mitte, means closed to all cultural attractions, shopping and nightlife, but still quiet and you don't feel like living in a "bar". I like to call it the "new quiet Mitte" since recently a lot of luxury apartment buildings were constructed next to existing architecture, so it's for Mitte a pretty quiet neighbourhood, but Gendarmenmarkt, Checkpoint Charlie, Alexanderplatz, Friedrichstraße are all within easy walking distance (10min) Subway station (U-Bhf) Spittelmarkt 2 min walk. Several busses 3 min walk at Leipziger Str. Walking distance to Gendarmenmarkt, Checkpoint Charlie, Alexanderplatz and Friedrichstraße about 10 min. You can only access your apartment through the gallery, which may be gently used by the artist. Your apartment is private and will during your stay not be accessed by us. Apartment auf lebendigem Seminarhof in der Natur

Die 40 qm große Ferienwohnung besteht aus einem Raum mit Schlafplätzen für zwei Personen, eigener Küche und Bad. Sie befindet sich im Steinseehaus, einem langem alten Backsteinbau auf einem Grundstück von 6000 qm, direkt am See. Auf unserem großen Grundstück gibt es jede Menge Platz zum entspannen, mit einer kleinen Faß-Sauna (min 15€ pro Anheizen Spende für das Holz), großem Trampolin, Tischtennisplatte, Feuerstelle, Hollywoodschaukel am See und natürlich Platz zum draußen Essen und Grillen.

Hollerhof - Urwüchsiges Paradies-Kreativurlaub

Die Gästewohnung gehört zum Hollerhof, dessen Atmosphäre ich als Künstlerin geprägt habe. Du findest Ruhe und Entspannung unter alten Bäumen, auf sonniger Wiese, in schattigen Gartenoasen, es gibt Hängematten, Lagerfeuer und ein Ruinengärtchen mit Terrasse. 5 Gehminuten nah ist der Krumme See, rundum tolle Landschaft. Für eine kreative Auszeit biete ich alles, was du brauchst. Der originale bezaubernde Tanzsaal kann für Partys, Hochzeiten, Musik, Film, Fotoshootings und anderes gemietet werden.

woanders - stilvoll & gemütliches Stadt-Apartment

Das 82qm grosse Apartment liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse und doch mittendrin im lebendigen Akazienkiez. Unzählige Spielplätze, nette Restaurants, Bars, Modegeschäfte, Galerien, Bioläden, Spielwarengeschäfte, Buchhandlungen und Bäcker sind alle unmittelbar in der Nachbarschaft zu finden. Jeden Samstag ist Markt auf dem Winterfeldtmarkt. Direkt um die Ecke kann man sich ein Fahrrad mieten. Die nächste U-Bahn Station, S-Bahn sowie Busse sind alle unmittelbar zu Fuß in 5 Minuten erreichbar.

Wir lieben Kontraste - Im Schloss Lanke vermieten wir im Dachgeschoss ein großzügiges 100 qm großes Loft. Ein Schloss-Loft. Außen französische Neorenaissance, Innen dezenter Minimalismus. Urbaner Wohnkomfort trifft die üppige Natur des Naturparks Barnim. Beide zusammen schaffen den perfekten Rahmen für Ruhe, Entspannung und Entschleunigung. Im Schloss Lanke befinden sich neben Ferienwohnungen die Wohnungen der Eigentümer sowie Büroflächen im Erdgeschoss. Wir respektieren unsere Privatsphären.

Herzlich willkommen im beschaulichen Dörfchen Wietstock. Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einem aufwendig sanierten Backsteinhaus auf unserem weitläufigen Hof mit alten Bäumen. Sie hat einen separaten Eingang, einen eigenen Garten und einen schönen Sitzplatz hinter dem Haus. Liebevoll eingerichtet, ist sie zu jeder Jahreszeit bestens zum Erholen und Entspannen oder zum Arbeiten geeignet. Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Radtouren in die nahe Umgebung oder Ausflüge Richtung Usedom.

Gästewohnung Green Gables

Im Herzen der Uckermark hat Galina ein Refugium geschaffen – ein Haus am See, mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Das Haus liegt nur wenige Meter vom Badesee entfernt und ist der perfekte Ort für Naturliebhaber. Die Gästewohnung befindet sich in einer Haushälfte und hat ein separaten Eingang, eigene Terrasse und Feuerstelle. Die Gegend ist geprägt von Landwirtschaft (auch mal Traktoren, bellende Hunde und Hähne!) und Naturschutzgebieten mit Fisch- und Seeadlern, Eisvögel, Rehe, Wildschweine und Bieber.

Ferienwohnung in Außenlage

Die Ferienwohnung ist auf unserem kleinen, abseits gelegenen Bauernhof, wo wir und unsere Tiere wohnen. Sie passt für 2-4 Personen, eventuell aber auch für mehr, durch ausgezogenes Sofa, Gitterbettchen, Matratzen u./o. zelten draussen. Die Wohnung hat ein Südfenster zum Garten, wo manchmal Tiere weiden. Dort kann man auch Entspannen und Lagerfeuer machen. Zur Badestelle sind es 10 Min. Fußweg. Der Fahrradweg "Spur der Steine" geht hier vorbei und ist schön zum Inlinerfahren und Fahrradfahren.

Das liebevoll eingerichtete 1-Zimmer Appartement mit 20 qm großem Wohn-/Schlafraum, integrierter Küchenzeile, separatem Badezimmer und kleinem Vorraum liegt im Erdgeschoss eines in der ersten Hälfte des 19. Jhd. erbautem Gutshaus in idyllischer Lage mit Blick auf den Dorfteich. Der kleine Ort Lichtenberg ist staatlich anerkannter Erholungsort inmitten der Feldberger Seenlandschaft. In 1,5 km Entfernung durch den Wald befindet sich am Breiten Luzin eine der schönsten Badestellen der Region.

A unique, wonderful hideaway! The apartment has recently been renovated and complete interior designed by the owner who managed to match beautiful features with pragmatic living. It enjoys its own private entrance trough the garden and is situated in a prime location in Kreuzberg. In the vicinity you will find beautiful shops, supermarkets, restaurants, museums and Berlin's most popular parks.
