This newly renovated unit boasts unobstructed views across Newcastle’s working harbor and the beautiful Ballast grounds. Includes Queen-sized bed and ensuite, with shampoo, conditioner and all linen provided. This is a beautiful little self contained bungalow located at the back of my house. You will have everything you need for a comfortable and unique stay in this (EXTREMELY!) light-filled space. All the windows are leadlight and the soaring window at the front (from a 100 year old church in the Hunter Valley) adds to the distinctive charm. You will have your own access. You can park in the driveway or on the street (unrestricted on weekends and after hours. Otherwise its a 2hr limit from 9am-5pm

Private semi detached cottage with 13 foot ceiling and polished floor boards which has been kept in its original state with minimal renovation. You have your own lounge/sitting area, kitchen/dining area and bathroom. It is one level with no steps and has 2 bedrooms, one with Queen bed & the other Double bed and King Single.
