On your doorstep is a private lake where you can swim, canoe, sun bathe and walk around at your leisure. Shared spaces include a toilet and shower (seperate) and dining area with kitchenette and minibar. Free roofed parking for motorbikes. Pets (male dogs only if neutered) are allowed on request, but the small size of barrels precludes large (>20kg) dogs.

It was built within the protected area by Unesco Mura-Drava-Danube (Amazon of Europe) on which no longer has concrete construction.
