One mile from the Main Inn, on 80 acres and the banks of the tranquil La Plata River, the River House has been completely renovated and now has two large king bedrooms, each bedroom has a private outside entrance, fireplace, luxury bath with walk in shower and whirlpool tub. The great room has a fireplace, full kitchen, with dining area and a reading alcove with a twin bed that can convert to a king bed. There is also a powder room (1/2 bath) and a washer and dryer. Located in Bayfield, CO providing easy access to all points of interest in the Four Corners area. This house was originally both the general store and post office in 1890 for 10 years. An addition occurred in the 1950's. It has been lovingly owned by the same family for many years.
