This Lake Street apartment is a one of a kind. The apartment is partially above commercial businesses, including your host, The Harbor Barber (no chemical services offered - so no funky odors from below). This space was 100% improved in 2021. The property is a short walk/bike-ride from the bike path, and iconic downtown Harbor Springs, the Lyric theatre, a dog beach, a bathing beach and so much more. Your host freely shares his knowledge of the history and current events happening around town.

Glacial Hills Trails, Torch Lake, Lake Bellaire, and all of the surrounding chain of lakes within a short drive.

NON SMOKERS only please. This is a legal non smoking/vaping apartment. We will NOT accept smokers even if they are willing to only smoke outside. We are less than 2 Miles to West Bay, Downtown Traverse City and grocery stores. This quiet location has its own private entrance with plenty of parking for your boat toys. Our charming free-standing apartment offers a private entrance with convenient parking in front. We are located in the center of Leelanau County's Wine Country; a birding, cycling and hiking, paradise. We are within close proximity to Sleeping Bear Dunes National Park and surrounded by miles of pristine Lake Michigan shoreline. There are abundant restaurants of varied ethnicity and quaint shops in the County and even more just 20 miles south in Traverse City.

EXCELLENT VIEWS OF THE BAY IN DOWNTOWN PETOSKEY - WHERE YOU WANT TO BE In 2018 we added "Sunset Glory Too" along with "Sunset Glory". Everything is new and updated. Now there are two separate and private vacation rentals enjoying the same excellent location. It is also an opportunity for families or friends to book both of our apartments to extend their getaway into one large private area. These are the only two vacation rentals on our property.
