Well behaved pets,housebroken, shots and neutered. Additional fee of $20 night per pet-prior approval . 4 guests included additional guest $30 per night each limit 6 total

The 2-1-3 house

The 2-1-3 house is a charming 1950's bungalow right in the heart of hickory, just minutes from downtown, Lenoir Rhyne college, and many other corporate offices. Coffee houses, restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy and dry cleaning are all within walking distance. The 215 is pet friendly, however we REQUIRE a $20 pet fee, per pet ,also no more than 2 pets allowed. Animals can be no larger than 40 lbs. When you book please select the amount of guest including the pet/pets as guest.
