The Tiny Tack House + 1 Car Parking Spot

Located in the city limits of Everett, Malissa and I built The Tiny Tack House back in 2011 and have enjoyed living tiny so much that we want to open up the opportunity for others to "Try on Tiny" before deciding to do it yourself. We are currently only doing short term rentals. Only stays between two and seven days will be approved at The Tiny Tack House. We have parking for one car. Friends and family may street park. This house was designed, built and lived in by us.

I live upstairs with my husband and a 4 year old boy! We maintain quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am :)

Eight hundred square foot apartment with all urban amenities including full kitchen, large deck, washer and dryer and much more. Completely refinished Hundred year old fir floors. Blocks from the beach, train station and restaurants and shops. Located in historic Mukilteo with great views and close to Boeing.
