Tall trees and Pacific Northwest gardens welcome you to this ground level apartment with easy freeway access and free dedicated parking. Your stay includes a fully equipped kitchen, living area with a beautiful gas fireplace, ¾ bath, bedroom featuring a king-sized bed, a walk-in closet and desk. Your hosts live upstairs with their two Golden Retrievers who may on occasion peak over the fence to say hello. If you have allergies please be aware there is a shared heating & cooling system.

You can play pickleball or basketball 🏀 on a concrete sports court or relax on the spacious lawns. Some of the best skiing resorts nearby include Mt. Crystal, White Pass, Mt. Rainier, and Alpental. Enjoy watching the abundant swans (winters) or fishing in Lake Tapps.

Peaceful Farmhouse Near Lake With Stunning Views

A vacation destination in and of itself! The 1916 farmhouse is set atop of a hill overlooking a rustic barn, cabin, and vineyard. The house has been updated and remodeled. The barn operates as an event venue and during your stay, there may be an event at the barn. We will keep you informed if that is the case. (*Note: Weekends are blocked out due to the potential for events like weddings at the barn. Please know that if no events are booked 2-6 weeks out the AirB&B will open for bookings!)

Island Retreat

Take your opportunity to stay on Inlet Island in Lake Tapps! Enjoy the private park and boat launch just a few doors down. This house sits across the street from the lake, but has all the amenities. Enjoy the quiet amongst the trees, the eagles flying above and yet Costco is just 4 miles away! Nothing more fun than being so close to Crystal Mt for skiing, snowboarding, sledding & the Gondola to see Mt Rainer and the Cascade Range up close too! Or skiing, snowshoeing at Snoqualmie Pass.

Homeowner lives on site as Cottage is located behind main house. Entrance located on the side of the main house. We do not rent our personal jet skis but can make a referral!

Cannonball Lake House

Here is a retreat in the woods directly on a small lake! Come relax in this calm, stylish apartment on the entire first floor of a family home. Grab a canoe and go fishing, or take a swim right off the dock then head to the hot tub. Peep our plentiful resident PNW birds and wildlife including bald eagles, ospreys and herons. The house is on a steep hill; it's a ~2 minute walk on a dirt path from the parking area at street level to the guest suite's private entrance below.

Lakefront Cottage w/ Hot Sauna and Large Backyard

Enjoy a nice getaway in this charming cottage at Lake Tapps while taking in the view from Mount Rainier. Enjoy the benefits of a lake front house and relax by the water or go paddleboarding or kayaking all day and then relax on your own private sandy beach in the evening or a nice hot steam sauna. This home is also only an hour away from Crystal Mountain, making it an ideal home base for your skiing trip! After a day in the slopes, come back and enjoy the hot sauna.

Cozy Barn Loft

Cozy studio in barn loft with a close-up view to secluded wooded setting. Two large, leather recliners provide a relaxing place to read or nap! This space was repurposed as a guest room in 2019 and includes a bathroom (with a very roomy shower) and a kitchenette (sink, small refrigerator/freezer, microwave, Keurig, toaster). Two matching twin beds can be made up as a king-sized bed. There is one additional twin (inflatable) bed if needed for a third person.

Waterfront Cabana with fireplace and hot tub

At the waters edge of Lake Tapps you’ll find our cabana. It’s hidden and private within our residential property. You’ll have the entire waterfront to yourself. Fish off the dock, kayak, or just relax in seclusion. Outdoors you’ll find a large covered porch, fireplace and hot tub. Inside- a queen wall Bed, small sofa bed, fireplace, cable TV, Wifi. Neighbors are not close. Please be aware the shower is in an outdoor room accessed through the bathroom.
