The Sprucey Roost

Find your landing place in a botanical boutique nestled on a quiet neighborhood street centrally located near one of Seattle's most sought-after neighborhoods: Ballard. Surrounded by old growth Cedars - a peaceful oasis without the bustling sounds of the city! Stocked with the necessary amenities for relaxing getaways to business trips, including a full kitchen and coffee/tea bar. The Roost is a completely separate unit (no shared walls) located in the backyard of our 1906 farmhouse.

Cozy private studio to retreat, relax, and rewind.

Enjoy this unique space for a relaxing peaceful stay. Full amenities to care for your basic living needs. You will find this a private and comfortable space to retreat, refresh, or just enjoy access to what the area offers. We offer patio area where you can watch the sunset over the Olympic Mountains. A fire pit set up for a bonfire experience is also available upon request for an additional fee if you so desire. Stay for two days, a week, or longer.

Marvelous Guest Suite Shoreline with Parking

Enjoy Shoreline while staying in our private guest suite! You will enjoy the privacy of this suite. There is a private entrance and reserved parking is within steps of your door. We are the main residents with the suite on the ground floor of our townhouse. It is a 5-10 min walk to the 185th Light rail station. (Refer to other details to note for specifics).
