Von hier aus ist man zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad sofort im Grünen, aber auch Bregenz und Dornbirn liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Bäckerei, Bushaltestelle und Bahnhof sind nur 3 Gehminuten entfernt. Mit dem Zug ist man in 5 Minuten beim Festspielhaus in Bregenz. In unmittelbarer Nähe beginnt das Naherholungsgebiet "Lauteracher Ried" mit einem beliebten Badesee. Die ersten Schigebiete erreicht man in 20 Minuten.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in unserem Familienhaus – meine beiden Töchter mit Familien sowie mein Mann und ich wohnen ebenfalls hier. Das moderne Apartment bietet WLAN, gratis Parkmöglichkeit und einen versperrbaren Fahrradabstellplatz. Das Badezimmer liegt gegenüber am Flur. Bodensee, Jannersee, Festspiele, Berge und Skigebiete sind schnell und einfach zu erreichen - ideal für Erholung und Entdeckung!

Im Wohnzimmer sind zwei ausziehbare Garnituren, Wohnzimmerschrank und der Fernseher. Die Küche ist voll eingerichtet.
