Centrally located off I-35 for easy dining, shopping & entertainment throughout Johnson County and Greater Kansas City. All new furnishings and fully stocked. Home Away From Home-3 bedroom 2 bath retreat

Enjoy ping pong or foosball in the attached garage. Take a nap in the comfy beds or relax on the soft sectional to watch TV. We are located 7 minutes from Walmart, Sprouts, or Dillons and 11 minutes from KU. Many restaurants are located nearby. You can eat at the picnic table in the fenced in back yard, or enjoy a burger made on the electric grill. On chilly evenings you can turn on the gas fireplace to stay extra warm. Four cars can fit in the driveway and there is space on the street too.

Enjoy a quiet stay in the unique Barker neighborhood. The property, a second floor apartment, with its own outside entrance, has a deep, open backyard with gardens and a patio. The apartment has been recently renovated with literary and Lawrence themes, and offers a short walk to the 1900 Barker Bakery, and is close to downtown, the East Lawrence Arts District, Allen Fieldhouse, and the KU campus. An ideal space to relax and work remotely, while you explore Lawrence.

Come enjoy a nice relaxing getaway at our lakefront cottage on Gardner Lake. Just steps away from the water! Fish off your own private dock (fishing poles not provided). Want to explore more of the lake? The paddleboat, canoe, and kayak are included in your stay! The home is conveniently located approximately 5 minutes from KC Winery and 1 minute from Gardner Golf course. No parties or gatherings are to be held at the lake house.

Downtown Lawrence is just a short walk through scenic South Park filled with mature trees, playground, picnic areas, and an iconic gazebo. KU is just a few blocks away as well. Just 2 blocks from Massachusetts Street, it's an easy walk to amazing restaurants, coffee shops, bookstores, parks and locally made ice cream! Four vintage bicycles complete with helmets, lights & locks are provided to get around town or ride the bike path just a few blocks away.
