Upstairs apartment for rent in historic house in Summerville. Private entrance, 2 bedrooms, 1 Bath, Living room, office, Mini Fridge, Microwave, Keurig and ice maker. Minutes from downtown and the Medical District. Complimentary refreshment bar stocked with coffee and tea, bottle water, sodas and snacks. Guest must be able to climb a flight of stairs to access the apartment. Access to the main house is closed. We do have dogs in the main house, they do not have access to the upstairs apartment.

Guests will be able to walk to several amazing restaurants and bars. Everything is here to make your stay easy and seamless. **We are NOT able to allow service animals because of a severe allergy **
