First of - Kathy’s Kottage offers a uniquely private, warm and inviting detached cottage. We are not a huge commercial venture, but owned, operated, maintained, and cleaned by hosts who live within 150 yards. The Kottage is our only offering. We charge a cleaning fee of $35 a stay, so there isn't a list of chores at check out. We take up to 4 hours between every stay to extensively clean and disinfect every surface. We are proud of the Kottage as shown in every review over the last four years.

Two washers and two dryers. Basement is dedicated playroom and has a large arcade, pool table, skee ball, foosball, basketball machine, Barbie House and play kitchen. Dozens of board games and outdoor toys. Ultra-fast internet. Easy 20-minute drive from both from the airport and Legends Mall and Plaza.

This spacious house has three levels to enjoy and spread out in! You won't run out of space or things to do here. All bedrooms are spacious with several bonus rooms. Updated bathrooms and kitchen, patio, pickleball, basketball, 7-hole mini golf, corn hole, arcade, and tons of seating everywhere, perfect for a family or group get away! Amazing location down the street from the Speedway with a view of Sunflower Hills golf course and only two miles to the Legends, Sporting KC and much more.

Country Living in the City

Get away from it all when you stay under the stars but still be close enough to Fort Leavenworth and the downtown Leavenworth. Enjoy the whole house to yourself on a single level home. Plenty of parking for your car or even and RV. And if you are traveling with your fur babies, a gated area is available for them to roam around. The property is 5.6 acres but the backyard is off limits. The enclosed dog area, pool, and house is what is open to guest. Pool is open seasonally.

1800’s farm house close legends

Old farm house with 6 acres of land, located close to Legends shopping center and Kansas Speedway. Only 21 miles to the Chiefs and Royals stadiums. We are still working on getting the house and outdoor area ready for awesomeness. We would love your feedback to make our place better. There may be some bare spots in the yard and some landscaping in progress. Please bear with us during this process. We do have a microwave and a small toaster oven.

Our Country House is ideal for family fun, Kansas Speedway fans, KU & KC visitors, or just a simple private getaway! Guests have the entire lower level to themselves, and sole use of the rear entrance, swimming pool, and back yard! We live on the upper level with our own private entrance in the front. Complete privacy! When not exploring nearby sports, eating and shopping, you can relax in the quiet of our 26 acres.
