Start the day with a cup of Nespresso coffee in the marbled bathroom, a well-equipped full wet room with double-head shower. Set in a Grade II listed building, this accessible ground-floor cottage also offers Amazon Echo and antique wood floors. Provided free to guests is a single parking permit for Mevagissey Harbour car park, located a level walk of less than 2 minutes from your apartment. With its location adjacent to the harbour and in the centre of the village, Grade 2 listed Quayside has had a fascinating and diverse past. Over the course of its more than two centuries nestled between the centre of the village and the harbour it has served as a pilchard press, net loft, doctor's surgery and even as the premises of the local undertaker! Following extensive recent renovation it has been transformed into chic, comfortable and spacious apartments that showcase the character of the building. The superking bed, which can be converted into twin beds upon request, is topped off with high quality linen guaranteeing a luxurious night's sleep. All apartments possess full kitchen facilities including Nespresso coffee machines, free WiFi, TVs in living rooms and all bedrooms, and Amazon Echo devices. The generously proportioned wet rooms contain rain and handheld showers and heated towel rails, whilst fluffy white towels are provided. Fully centrally heated. Guests have access to a laundry room with washer and dryer. We generally stay in the same building and, when there, are available to assist you or try to answer any questions you may have during your stay. This apartment is located in Quayside, one of Mevagissey's most prominent and historic heritage buildings, with direct and level harbour access. With its pubs and shops set in cobbled streets, this is an archetypally charming Cornish fishing village. Getting around is particularly easy out-of-season when smaller crowds and quieter roads make trips a breeze, and journeys to places as pretty as Penzance, Padstow, Perranporth and Polperro are perfectly possible in just a day! Popular destinations like Fowey (30 minutes), Newquay (45 minutes), Falmouth (50 minutes) and Truro (35 minutes) are always worth a visit. The seasonal Mevagissey - Fowey ferry (www.Mevagissey-ferries.co.uk) provides a fun and practical alternative to the busy holiday traffic and parking. St Austell (15 minutes) has a wide selection of supermarkets (Asda, Tesco, Aldi, Lidl) as well as the nearest mainline train station. With plenty to see and do, and a great base for exploring further afield, Mevagissey is far more than just a summer destination. Hope to see you soon. A single parking permit for Mevagissey Harbour, located just a short level walk from the apartment, can be provided free of charge upon request. Unloading is directly outside on Middle Wharf, Fore Street or on the harbour in front of the Wheel House pub. Extra storage area on ground floor available for bikes and prams. Tremayne End: private flat near the Helford River

A chic one bedroom apartment with wonderfully large south facing sun terrace overlooking the glorious gardens of Tremayne House. It has a private entrance, sitting/dining room with separate kitchen and bedroom with en suite shower room. Wake up to the bird's singing! It is perfectly placed as a base for exploring the local area and is near the beautiful and peaceful Helford River. There are cosy village pubs and plenty of countryside walks to enjoy such as Tremayne Quay and Frenchman's Creek.

Bream Loft is the first floor of a spacious (60sqm) recently converted barn, with lounge/dining/kitchen, separate WC, large bedroom with huge luxurious walk in shower. There is a woodburner, juliette balcony overlooking trees and beyond, distant sea view from the kitchen. Guests have use of the 2 acre garden and gas BBQ. Bream Loft can be found between Maenporth beach & Mawnan Smith with amazing coastal walks in both directions. Short walk to Bream Cove, fabulous for swimming. Dog friendly

Spacious, self contained, one bedroom apartment. Bright and modern basement flat to an attractive Edwardian townhouse situated just minutes walk from the train station, the beach and the town itself. Driveway parking and private entrance. Fully equipped kitchen including Nespresso machine, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and all the utensils and crockery you’ll need. Please note, access to the property is down a set of steps and may not be suitable for infirm guests.

Stunning sea view apartment

Comfortable, spacious top floor, seperate apartment, of our home. Comprises of one bedroom, one bathroom with kitchenette and spacious lounge. Own access via the top floor back door. Right on the beach with lovely sea and valley views. Use of the shared garden and pet friendly. Super fast wifi. Quiet costal hamlet, 5 minutes from a village with local shops and good pubs. Great access to the south west coast path and glorious beaches and coves. An ideal get away for couples.
