Guest lounge with woodburner fire and separate breakfast/dining room. Large private garden with hot tub and summer house for evening sundowners!

Colwyn Bay station is a 15 min walk. Llandudno, walks for all abilities and beautiful beach. Snowdonia, Conwy, Anglesey and Betws-y-Coed are all an easy drive. There’s a zoo nearby and children’s play areas will be along the Prom and a new sandy beach from June. Just a 5 min walk away. Your Co-Host Julie is a Welsh speaker.

Secluded cottage in own grounds on edge of Snowdonia National Park. Wonderful views of coast and mountains. Close to Zip World, various National Trust properties, Castles and great walking and climbing. 2 separate bedrooms each with double bed and shared bathroom. Vegetarian breakfast provided includes cereals, yogurt, preserves, eggs and home made bread as well as other veggie food Evening meals can be provided at extra charge if ordered in advance (non-veggie, veggie,vegan).

Ystafell Las (The Blue Room) is a lovely, light room, with a double bed and king size duvet, with large windows and a view of Y Gogarth (Great Orme). Tea/coffee making facilities in the room. There is a small en suite shower room. A self-serve continental breakfast is available in our dining room, directly below The Blue Room. Set within a quiet courtyard Ty Llwyd is part of the former Bala workhouse, dating from around 1836, a recently renovated 3 storey Victorian terrace. Bala is nestled in the beautiful Snowdonia National Park where you can find an abundance of truly stunning landscapes to explore from the doorstep. Llyn Tegid (Bala Lake) is a short walk from the house, with all local amenities pubs, shops, cafes within 200 yards.
