This new loft conversion offers a spacious open plan living with bay views, located above 12 Rocks Cafe. Watch the sunset from one of two balconies during summer months, with a chilled glass of wine. Simply walk downstairs & you are on the main street, to your right a safe swimming beach. 10 minutes drive to 12 apostles. Accommodation more suited for adults.

Sunnyside is located just off the Great Ocean Road approximately 15 minutes from Apollo Bay. A fully private and self-contained loft studio offers panoramic views of the Southern Ocean and sits in amongst the Otway rainforest treetops. The property has over 10 acres to explore; an olive grove, an orchard, a mature oak forest and stunning walkways combining both pasture and native surroundings. This little slice of heaven is perfect for a couple travelling or for someone just wanting that nice quiet getaway. Hut By The River offers a self contained cabin with 1 bedroom with a double bed, lounge area with a fold out sofa couch & tv. The kitchen has a bench space, fridge, microwave, electric pan, utensils, toaster, kettle & sink. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink & mirror. The balcony has a great seating area to kick your feet up and look at the beautiful scenery.

The Misty Dunes Woodshed

Named after the iconic Peterborough coastal sand dunes located 2 minutes away on the Great Ocean Road, this upcycled woodshed came to be when we, Bronte and Hayley purchased the 2-acre property at the start of 2020. Handmade from mostly salvaged and recycled products, what once was an old corrugated woodshed, is now an eye-catching and unique space, made with the sole purpose to relax, escape and appreciate the perfect blend of bush and sea.
