A a 300 year old cottage, sensitively restored to its' former self. There is a true feeling of peaceful space, oak flooring throughout lends its' self to the woodland views. Sea loch 2 mins walk. Beautiful private garden with hot tub exclusive to The Steading. A bird watchers' paradise, binoculars in the Steading. Stargaze ! No children or pets.

The Warren

The Warren is a luxurious underground cave house, located in a secluded hillside on the north side of Loch Tay. Built in true hobbit style with oodles of character, it is set in the hillside with grass roof and exterior, huge circular porthole windows and magnificent curved doors! Access to the house is over a little wooden bridge across a bubbling stream and it has a private hot tub outside set into the spacious patio overlooking the river pond & private garden. Ben Vheir Cottage is situated in the West Highlands of Scotland near Glencoe and enjoys stunning views of Loch Linnhe and the mountains.  The cottage adjoins our main house, and is the part of the building furthest from the road and nearest to the water making it very quiet and peaceful.  The convenient lochside setting provides for both open views and easy access to spectacular countryside.
