Prostranstvo, priroda, pogled na planinu Grmeč, izvor rijeke Krušnice, rijeka Una, planinarska staza, ribolov i rafting su aktivnosti koje su vam na dohvat ruke. Objekat posjeduje privatni bazen koji je u upotrebi tokom ljetne sezone. U 150 m2 smještene su dvije spavaće sobe, kupatilo, dnevni boravak sa kuhinjom i trpezarijom i sve potrebno da bi Vaš boravak bio što udobniji. Dobro došli.

Kuća za odmor Melani nalazi se u mirnom dijelu Gacke doline u selu Sinac. Veliki privatni grijani bazen 9,5m x 4m. Grijani bazen je otvoren od 01. travnja do 01. listopada. Bazen ima i plitki dio za djecu. Finska sauna je besplatna za naše goste, a i igraonica je također besplatna. Dovoljno blizu svim znamenitostima, a dovoljno daleko za ugodni boravak i mir.
