Stay right in the heart of downtown Oberlin! Walking distance to everywhere you need or want to go - campus, restaurants and more. Near the Oberlin Inn but this is more spacious. There really is no better place to stay if you want to have access to everything. You are 40 minutes away from Cedar Point, downtown Cleveland, and only 15-20minutes away from Lake Erie, Findley State Park and numerous metro parks. Apartment has three air conditioning units when it is hot outside.

We just purchased this amazing property in March. It is conveniently located 35 minutes from both Cedar Point and Cleveland. Beautiful Lakeview Beach is 12 minutes away. You will be staying in the adorable, second floor studio apartment with a private porch and entrance. Charming condo close to the best Northeast Ohio has to offer! 40 minutes from Cedar Point and downtown Cleveland, and less than 10 miles from Oberlin College. Smart TV but no cable, washer/dryer in unit. **A previous tenant from over 1 yr ago smoked here** Carpet/paint replaced but some have stated stale smell is bothersome. If sensitive please be advised. Abby's Special Retreat is on the lake, the entry door is 5' above and 80' away from today's lake level. Great views of Lake Erie in all directions from our viewing platform. Also our private beach is available. Beautiful sunrise and sunset experiences. You will have your own private apartment and quiet space. Small dogs and cats are welcome.
