The villa is fully air-conditioned throughout. A dedicated WI-FI connection, provides reliable and fast access to the internet. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator & freezer, dishwasher, stove and microwave as well as fully stocked with dishes, glassware and cutlery. A washing machine for clothing is also located on the property.

It has a large veranda for dining with a sea view and a small garden with deck chairs and umbrella. It is new and was completed in June 2018.
