It also offers additional space for large parties staying in our Church House next door. The apartment features a kitchen, a comfortable queen bed and pull out couch! Taller guests should keep in mind the walls are slanted so you may need to watch your head through the hallway.

Studio 812 is a modern studio apartment located within walking distance to downtown Loveland’s shops, restaurants, and galleries. High end finishes, in-unit laundry, fully stocked kitchenette, and a private patio make this the perfect spot to stay for a weekend or longer. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and quiet families.
