The Lower Garden District/ Magazine Street area is one of New Orleans' oldest and trendiest neighborhoods, with a mix of 100-year-old houses, cool shops, and restaurants. Walk to Magazine Street, the St. Charles streetcar, coffee shops, and the beautiful homes of the Garden District. Close to the French Quarter, but tucked away from the noise. City bus system close by, St Charles Streetcar within walking distance and only $7-$9 by Uber or Lyft into the center of the city. Parking outside right in front of the house. (Of course, on occasion, you may have to park a couple spots away, however it's rarely a problem to park right in front). Charming LGD Shotgun

Located on a quiet residential street in the Lower Garden District adjacent to beautiful Coliseum Square Park. This one bedroom shotgun has been newly renovated with unique furniture and charm. Amenities include a king sized bed, full kitchen (with SMEG fridge), parking, and a new bathroom which includes a separate shower and a clawfoot tub. One of the most walkable neighborhoods in the city with restaurants, shops and bars, also located 1 block from the streetcar. Come experience LGD living!
