Cottage Retreat in the Heart of the Finger Lakes

Welcome to the FLX! Our home is located in the rural center of the eastern branch of the Seneca Lake wine & food trail and only 7 mi from the Cayuga Lake trail. Seneca Lake is on the other side of the village of Willard (~1mi drive), Watkins Glen, Geneva, and Seneca Falls are all within a 25-min drive, and Ithaca is ~35-mins away. Wineries, breweries, cideries, distilleries, phenomenal eateries and food trucks, cheese houses, ice cream shops (and lakes!) are just around the corner. Enjoy!

Nestled in peaceful Upstate N.Y., between Finger Lakes Wine Country and Lake Ontario and right in the heart of the Erie Canal is the Peppermint Cottage. The Peppermint Cottage is a place for guests to “Step Back in Time” and experience the simple pleasures of life including a warm fire, relaxing under the stars in a hot tub, sauna or strolling our gardens. The Jameson Bay Inn is a completely remodeled cottage which sits on Sodus Bay. This upscale cottage has ample parking, all of the amenities your family may need while on vacation, and gorgeous views of Sodus Bay. The large master bedroom even has views of Lake Ontario! The Jameson Bay Inn includes dock space for a boat, jetskis, and/or kayaks - great for fishing! There is also a beautiful patio only steps away from the water where you can enjoy watching boats and wildlife.

Waneta Lakeside Cottage

Right on the water with lots of space and fresh air this new and charming cottage is situated in the heart of the Finger Lakes on the east side of Waneta Lake. Ideal for 1 to 2 couples, a girls weekend getaway or families up to 4. There are 2 bedrooms, an open fully equipped kitchen, a sitting area and bathroom with walk-in shower. Dine and relax on the over-sized covered deck overlooking the lake. A stairway from the deck provides access to a private beach with 4 kayaks.

The peaceful atmosphere of this lovely home has everything you’ll need for a restful stay. Within a few miles of Hemlock, Canadice, Conesus, and Honeoye Lakes, enjoy canoeing, kayaking, fishing in the lakes or hiking, biking on the many nearby trails. Close to the Finger Lakes wine trails, local breweries, and distilleries. You’ll have the entire home to yourself. The bedroom has a queen size bed, and there are two self-inflating twin size air mattresses.
