We're 15 minutes from Allerton Park & Retreat Center, 25 minutes to Champaign and 30 minutes from Decatur. Located near downtown Springfield, IL and many Abraham Lincoln attractions. Deer often walk around the property which is on a quiet dead-end residential street. The kitchen has most everything you need to cook meals. Plenty of towels, soap, shampoo, and extra pillows. Watch Netflix, Hulu, and Disney also.

The Depot B & B: A Peaceful Retreat

Just minutes from campus, downtown, and the airport, The Depot is a historic home attached to 5 wooded acres, a lake, and a "big sky" view across the prairie for watching sunsets and night skies. Originally a train depot constructed in 1857, it has been fully modernized for contemporary living. However, we have taken great effort to preserve its rustic charms that Abraham Lincoln would have known during his circuit riding days before the Civil War. These include graffiti from 1917.

The Bin at No Bad Days farm

The Bin at No Bad Days farm is a newly constructed grain bin. As you walk in checkout the beautiful craftsmanship on the ceiling! There is a loft upstairs where you will find a king size bed. There is also an oversized chair that converts to a small bed as well. Main floor has a sofa sleeper for two. There is a kitchenette and full bath. We know you will enjoy the rustic look of this unique property. We are 5 minutes from Lithia Springs Marina and we have room to park a boat!
