Our peaceful 1-bedroom guest suite has everything you need for your Dannevirke stay. We provide free continental breakfast. During your stay, you can also enjoy the convenience of the pool, private bathroom, full kitchen, secure off street parking. Our Airbnb is within driving distance to several popular restaurants, hikes, and cafes. An ideal base to explore Dannevirke. The bedroom area is located in a loft with stairs for access. We also have a friendly boxer dog who will love to say hello.

Your private entrance leads to a guest suite attached to our house with a lounge, separate double and single bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchenette with basic supplies for preparing meals.

There are 11 kms of bush walking tracks to enjoy and a tennis court. The Bay View village is a 5 minute drive away which offers a Four Square, Fish& Chip shop, Pub, & Pharmacy. Biking tracks are close by. The airport is 7mins away. Close by are two great vineyards which do tastings and food.

Central towns, such as Whanganui and Palmerston North are just over an hour away. Further afield are Napier (2hrs), Taupo (2 hrs), and Wellington (3hrs) making Taihape the perfect central pitstop.

Taihape is a farming town and with the Main Highway going right through it's centre, plenty of choice for dining out. Taihape is commonly Warm summer and cold winter weather. We cater for both.
