The Hut at Elm Tree Farm, Mansfield

The Hut at Elm Tree Farm is a place to switch off and reconnect with nature. It sits on 160 rolling acres and is surrounded by a 5000 acre working farm. It is an off grid restored shearer's hut with a separate bathroom/toilet and outdoor kitchen. USB charging is available. The hut operates on 12 volt power and gas is provided for water heating and cooking. There is a indoor fireplace for warmth and an outdoor firepit for fun. It is for guests who enjoy outdoor adventures! Note unfenced dams.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. 15 minutes from Mansfield this gorgeous cottage with full kitchen, comfy beds, fireplace in lounge is sure to fulfil your needs. A queen bed in the main, single beds in the second bedroom and fold out couch in the lounge can sleep up to 6 guests. Lima South and Oak Gully are a great place for a quiet weekend getaway. A comfortable, self-contained flat with full kitchen, living&bedroom with double bed. We are a dog friendly host (unfortunately we have decided to not host cats) We are perfectly situated between Mansfield and Benalla. Mountainbiking and bushwalking, right at the doorstep or explore the wider area. 2km from Lake Nillahcootie. 50min from the base of Mt Buller. Benalla and Winton Raceway are 25 and 30mins away.

For the boating and fishing enthusiasts, Lake Eildon is 10 minutes and Lake Nillahcootie 20 minutes drive. To explore Victoria's High Country for skiing, bush walking, 4X4 and mountain bike riding, the entrance to Mt Buller is 45 minutes away.
